Service Description

In the context of your Human-Centred ESG framework for Green Skills Talent, an ESG Personal Assessment is a specialized tool used to measure an individual's "Sustainability Maturity." While traditional ESG measures a corporation, the Personal Assessment measures the individual's actions, choices, and ethical governance. The 3 Pillars of ESG Personal Assessment This assessment evaluates the specific metrics you’ve defined, turning them into a personal "Impact Score." 1. Community Contribution: Measures your active engagement or mentorship hours within your social circle. 3. Feedback Integration: Evaluates how you handle and act upon comments and feedback to manage professional risk. Why is this valuable for HR and Employees? Career Edge: It provides a data-backed ESG Profile that can be attached to a resume to show "Green Skills" to future employers. Culture Measurement: Instead of saying "We have a green culture," HR can say, "80% of our team has a 'High' ESG Personal Assessment score." Productivity Shield: By assessing "Work-Life Balance" and "Self-Governance," the company can identify burnout risks before they lead to resignations. The Output: The Personal ESG Scorecard At the end of your assessment, the pa
